There is always a first time, keep cool, we have got you covered. Please arrive 15 minutes before class, we will take good care of you.

No need to bring your trainers, we provide you with cycle shoes for you to clip-in your bike.
The changing rooms are well stocked with sustainable and ethical shampoo, body wash and lotion provided by Dr Bronner.
Because our sessions will make you sweat, we provide you with small towels for your workout as well as fresh large ones for showering.
Smartphone batteries are always a pain, we provide you with a charge box located in each changing room to charge your phone during your class.
reservation
Every Monday at noon (12h), we open our weekly schedule for reservation. Set-up your alarm to reserve your favorite bike !
You can choose your bike on our digital reservation service. Feel free to select any bike but remember that Front Row dictates the mood !
If you can’t make it to class, that’s cool, you can cancel your spot without losing your credit until 12 hrs before the start of the class. If you cancel within 12 hrs of your class or do not show up, your credit will be deducted from your account
If a class is full, you have the option to join the waitlist. If a bike becomes available up to 2 hours before the class, you will receive an email to give you the opportunity to book the bike.
Come as you are, just bring your gym gear. We got everything else covered from towels, grooming products, hair dryers to lockers with a coding system etc.
Classes start sharp on time, latecomers will not be admitted. No phone allowed in the Studio 😉
